The tool is working now, on the pattern library alone, and most of it is whole without this. AI mode adds the parts patterns cannot reach: technical outcomes, evidence questions written about your own work, and splitting a spoken month into entries. It costs about $0.0065 a review, and it sends the entries the pattern library cannot place to a third-party engine — so it is your firm's call, not this page's default.

Mapping your work
Everything here runs on your machine. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Talk through your month
Easier than remembering to write it down. Say what you worked on, roughly in order, however it comes out — “first week I was on the Woolworths audit doing creditors, then I had to redo the bank rec because the client sent the wrong statement”. It gets split into separate entries, in your words, for you to check.
Keep your log in Excel
One row per notable thing, not per billable hour. Three or four rows a week is enough — Friday afternoon, looking back, with your timesheet open to jog your memory.
